Both company owners and employees can join at the Member grade. You must be working as a valuer or auctioneer and have achieved a relevant qualification accepted by the Association. If you are a Principal Partner or Director of the company you will have to adhere to Propertymark's company obligations.

Entry Requirements

You must be actively working as a valuer and/or auctioneer and hold either the Level 3 Award in Real Property Auctioneering, Level 3 Award in Chattels Auctioneering or a comparable qualification.

Using the Logo

Business owners that meet our membership requirements and company obligations may use the NAVA Propertymark Protected logo throughout a company (for example on your websites and company documents). However, employee members can’t use the logo to advertise their membership.

Upgrading to the Fellow Grade

In order to upgrade to the Fellow grade you will need to have a minimum of five years’ experience as a valuer and/or auctioneer. You must also have achieved an industry-specific diploma, HND or degree level qualification accepted by Membership. Please consult the membership team before undertaking any study to be assured the qualification will be accepted for Fellow grade. Student grade

Student members are granted this membership for two years whilst working towards a qualification, they do not have to be working in the industry. Business owners are not eligible for this grade.

Associate grade ANAVA

Associate members have to be working in the industry and have over 5 years industry experience. A qualification is not required to join at this grade - business owners have different entry requirements.

Fellow members must be working in the industry, have over 5 years' experience and have an industry relevant diploma, HND or degree - business owners have different entry requirements.
