By the end of the course you will be able to:

  1. Explain your company's commitments to its customers
  2. Identify how to understand customer needs and wants
  3. Understand good telephone technique and how to recognise who is the right person to deal with the enquiry/problem
  4. Identify the appropriate actions to take when receiving information and communicating with customers
  5. Understand appropriate legislation
  6. Understand the importance of keeping and maintaining accurate records; follow up and feedback
  7. Deal effectively with disputes and complaints
  8. Monitor processes and take appropriate action including communication to relevant parties
  9. Ensure you have efficient procedures in place to manage appointments effectively
  10. Present good information on your services including methods of advertising and how to obtain and provide relevant and accurate information from and to your customers.
