This course aims to provide delegates with the knowledge required to maximise the value of their business in the event that they are considering selling it.

12 months of pre-planning can make a significant difference to the price that you may achieve for your business.

Delegates will generally be owners of lettings businesses who are considering a sale of their business in order to pursue other interests or to retire.

You may have the most boards up, you may have the best fleet of cars but unless you can see your business through the eyes of your prospective buyer you will unable to address the issues that really affect the value of your business.

Graham Kinnear

Graham has been in the estate agency for 20 years and operated a multi award winning four branch agency in Kent. He was also the co founder of a tenant eviction firm. Since selling his businesses Graham concentrates on his Consultancy, providing surveys and consultancy services to private Clients. He is also author of "The Property Triangle".
