Advanced Property Auction Workshop

A one-day course, covering the formal appointment of the auctioneer by the seller, special clauses to include in the auction particulars, practical tips on rostrum work and special points to watch out for together with new developments. Much of the day is devoted to live rostrum work in a simulated auction atmosphere. Suitable for experienced auctioneers and those who have attended the property auction workshop.

Because of the intensive practical aspects of these workshops, numbers on each are deliberately kept to a minimum to ensure a quality experience.
