This is a one day course providing delegates with in-depth
knowledge of all aspects of property auction, live rostrum work,
selling one lot of their own choice.
For: Estate agents thinking of broadening their services
and auctioneers seeking a refresher course.
Topics:
- Benefits and burdens of auctions
- Which lots to sell in an ever- changing market place
- The law and legal guidance on preparation of auction
particulars.
Property Auction Workshop Instructions The auctioneer presenters
of this course ask delegates to prepare personally and bring along
to use by you and the other delegates on the course the
following:
- Twelve (12) copies of your attempt at creating auction
particulars of sale.
You will use these during your training of rostrum work and
therefore the presenters suggest that you create the auction
particulars using the basics of a property which you have already
sold. The live rostrum sessions will be videotaped and copies will
be sent to you. Please appreciate that this course is not a
competition, but rather the presenters seek to give you the
confidence and ability to understand how to actually conduct an
auction. Further training is given in the Advanced Auction Workshop
and you are recommended to book both courses at the same time.
