Advanced Property Auction Workshop

A one day course covering the formal appointment of the auctioneer by the seller, special clauses to include in the auction particulars, practical tips on rostrum work and special points to watch out for together with new developments. Much of the day is devoted to live Rostrum work in a simulated auction atmosphere.

For: Experienced auctioneers and those who have attended the Property Auction Workshop.

  • Practical rostrum work and feedback
  • Tuition on conduct and authority
  • Open forum on points of concern to delegates

 

 The auctioneer presenters of this course ask delegates to prepare personally and being along to use by you and the other delegates on the course the following:

  • Twelve (12) copies of Auction Particulars for one lot. You will use these for your rostrum work and the presenters will also comment on them.
  • Twelve (12) copies of An Auction Advertisement, which you would place in your local newspaper
  • Three (3) copies of Your Rostrum Notes that were discussed on your last course and you will use when on the rostrum.

Times: 9:30am- 5:30pm
