To join at this grade you will need to be actively working in the industry and have at least five years’ experience working as a valuer and/or auctioneer.

During the application process (in order to verify your experience) you will be asked to provide your CV detailing experience as well as providing references. Both employees and business owners can join at the Associate grade, however business owners will have to adhere to Propertymark's company obligations.

You must be working as a valuer and/or auctioneer and have a minimum of five years’ experience as a valuer and/or auctioneer

Using the Logo

Business owners that meet our membership requirements and company obligations may use the NAVA Propertymark Protected logo throughout a company and in all branches (for example on websites and company documentation). However employee members can’t use the logo to advertise their membership.

Upgrading to the Member Grade

In order to upgrade to the Member grade you will need to hold one of the Propertymark Qualification's level 3 qualifications or a comparable qualification. Other Grades

Student grade

Student members are granted this membership for two years whilst working towards a qualification, they do not have to be working in the industry. Company owners are not eligible for this grade.

Member grade MNAVA

To join at the Member grade you must be working as a valuer or auctioneer and have also achieved a relevant qualification accepted by the Association - company owners have different entry requirements.

Fellow members must be working in the industry, have over 5 years' experience and have an industry relevant diploma, HND or degree - company owners have different entry requirements.
