Corporate Grades of Membership: Membership of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers is open to individuals practising in auctioneering & valuation who accept the Association’s aims and rules.
FellowApplicants must hold the Foundation Degree in Auctioneering & Valuation or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership. In addition the applicant must have at least 5 years experience in the industry and be able to provide details of this.
Subscription fee £175.00 per year
MemberApplicants must hold either the
NFOPP Technical Award in Real Property Auctioneering or the
NFOPP Technical Award in Chattels Auctioneering, or a comparable, nationally recognised, qualification approved by the Association for membership.

Student Grade Membership: StudentThis grade of membership lasts for two years and is open to individuals who are yet to achieve a suitable qualification for membership e.g. those working towards the
NFOPP Technical Award in Real Property Auctioneering or the
NFOPP Technical Award in Chattels Auctioneering. The Student grade of membership is not available to company Principals(Sole Traders), Partners(Full Partner) or Directors(As listed on Companies House).
Subscription fee £115.00 per year

NAVA Rules of Conduct, Code of Practice and the
NFoPP Memorandum & Articles of Association carefully before submitting an application. All applications are subject to a £50 application fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances and should be provided separate to the subscription fees.
